We offer affordable packages for full or partial planning, styling and design with flawless execution. No two weddings are ever the same, your day is unique to you and your partner and so is the planning required.

Complete Zen - Full Planning

We can take care of each and every detail of your wedding from start to finish, from the invitations to the thank you cards. Package includes:

Tailor Made - Partial Planning
​
This package is designed for those couples who have started planning their wedding and have a couple of vendors in place, but are looking for some help and guidance in planning the rest of their wedding (includes On the Day coordination). Package includes but not limited to:

Vendor research & selection including negotiations & finalising vendor contracts

Month of Zen Package
​
Even if you’ve checked everything off your list, a wedding day coordinator is a necessity so that everyone can relax and enjoy the day without any stress. We will set up the venue and work closely with other suppliers to ensure your day goes off without a hitch. Package includes:

Consultation to develop your wedding day schedule

Unlimited emails, phone & Skype calls as required

Development of a highly detailed event run sheet and distribution to all suppliers

Confirmation of all vendors and suppliers
-
Liaising with venue for final numbers, dietary requirements etc.

Venue site inspection by EventZen
-
Point-of-contact for all vendors during ceremony & reception
-
Attendance & supervision at ceremony rehearsal (if applicable)

Management of bump in & supervision of vendors
-
Event Management on the wedding day for 8 hours (additional hours can be added)

Please Note​
-
For weddings with 150 guests or more, an additional coordinator is required – $80 per hour (minimum 6 hours)
-
Travel fee outside of Sydney – $100 per hour by car (maximum 3 hours). For distances over 3 hours, flights and accommodation are required
-
Additional hours of attendance on the wedding day beyond those included in your package – $80 per coordinator/per hour
-
All prices are inclusive of GST.
